Setting Up Your secure Client Portal Account For Telehealth
Once you have set up your Secure Client Portal, use the link below for scheduling.
- Mountain Park Counseling will send you an invitation directly via email and/or text with a link
- Once you click on the link you will be able to access the screen to create your account.
If you are new to Jituzu, click on "I'd Like to Create New Account Anyway".
Enter or select the following information: - Email Address
- Username
- Password
- Security Questions
- Agree to the terms & conditions
- Click on Create My Account
- You are all set to begin using your Jituzu Client Portal.
You may access your Jituzu Client Portal in one of three ways:
1. Your health care provider website by clicking on "I'm an Existing Client"
2. https://www.jituzu.com
3. The Jituzu mobile app for either iOs or Android.
